What we index

3GPP Scout indexes 3GPP technical specifications (TS/TR), meeting TDocs and related meeting records for search, quote checking and summaries. We do not train or fine-tune models on stored text. We also index limited public and press sources under an allow list, sometimes as metadata only (title, date, link and our own summary) when a source restricts fuller use.

We do not offer whole-document downloads or bulk export of specification text. Official documents always govern.

How we quote

Answers, exports and meeting briefs may include short attributed excerpts within fixed caps (for example up to 100 words per specification excerpt and 50 words per TDoc excerpt). Every excerpt carries a citation line naming the source, and products that show excerpts also carry the non-affiliation notice above.

We do not use 3GPP, LTE, 5G, 6G or ETSI logos. We do not claim to be official, certified or endorsed by 3GPP or ETSI.

Request correction or removal

If you are a rights holder or an Organizational Partner and want a correction, a reduction to metadata only, or removal of indexed or quoted material, email [email protected] with:

Your name and organization
The URL, document number, TDoc ID or quote you are writing about
What you want us to do (correct, reduce to metadata, or remove)
Any deadline or legal basis you want us to consider

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to act within 5 business days. When in doubt we remove or reduce the source first and discuss afterwards. If ETSI or an Organizational Partner objects to the name or to quoting, we stop the disputed use and escalate to the product owner the same day.
