The production index covers the full published TS/TR corpus for Release 15 through Release 20 (8,700+ document versions). We keep it current as 3GPP publishes new and revised specifications. This is not a Rel-15 + Rel-19 subset.
Every answer is sourced from official 3GPP specifications, and every claim carries a citation (document number, section, and release) with links to the specification on the official 3GPP archive. We built it this way on purpose: for standards work, an answer you can't verify isn't an answer. Always check critical implementation details against the source, which is exactly what the citations make easy.
